iPad Pro 2 for Coding

My question is can the iPad Pro 2 be all that you would need to learn how to code? Can I learn to become a web developer just by learning on my iPad Pro 2?

You just need to know how to use google and which device you use for it doesn't really matter

The first most important thing I would like to know is that why do you want to learn it? Do you wish to be a web developer/app developer/simply want to do it for fun/etc?
