w3School helps you to learn many things about web development and it gives references to many languages. Also it provides exercises for things that you have learned recently.
Sololearn is the best place to learn things from others. You can learn and have help from others. Also it provides many ways to test your knowledge by challenges. Also sololearn provides languages that are not only specific too web but also in other fields.
