its hard to give an objective answer to this.
both are well maintained framework with huge community.
i suggest to look at both of them by yourself and choose which one is fit for your style.
currently maybe stick with Lara because it seems that CI will updated to 4.0 in close future. we dont know how much the difference between current version (3) and future version.
but still its your decision
