I need Step by step instructions to build an app

The first step of becomming a good programmer is to know how to find resources in the web.

‎ ‏‏‎Sreejith  an interactive chat is pretty time consuming and a professional code teacher earns a lot of money doing this. So getting this for free is hard to find.
