Why my JavaScript file not working?

I tried changing path or keeping it in separate folder but still not working please help or I am making some stupid mistake.I am trying on my desktop but getting no output.

Your js file is in the JavaScript tab... You can't use files in your desktop, you can use "CDN"

const InvBoy = me; why do I need cdn when I am using same code in desktop.I have written both html and JavaScript . It's not the only code I tried quiz game from Udemy and in that's also my JavaScript not working.
