OK I guess you wanna make a game and you don't have any idea what's behind the code.
You need 3 things:
1. Enhanced skills in a programming language
That you can transform in an apk.
2. A server that can handle all user request.
3. A DNS.
Opunaly you can start small with an offline app like snake or Paxman and work your way up
