Think of coding like riding a bike. When you first get started you might have fear of falling. Then you fall discover you did not die. You get back on the bike. You ride longer than before. Now you go faster and fall again. You still live, but you are less afraid of falling. You do that over and over again. You realize that you have not fallen in awhile so you decide to jump your bike over a ditch or cat. You again don't die. Now you are doing crazy things on your bike, deciding that you might want to wear a helmet so you don't die. Programming is like that. You get the rush of achievement and become addicted to it. Love. However, sometimes you just don't want to get back on the bike again. The fear takes hold. Drags you into a shell of protection that shears your path from your destiny and you never write the code that prevents SkyNet from developing sentience... Humans are reduced to bone dust. Happy coding.

Sometimes you don't. If you can find meaning or purpose in something you are doing, I believe it comes naturally. However, the beauty of our existence is that not everyone feel inclined to do exactly the same thing: some love coding, others love painting, singing, writing poems, playing hockey, taking care of others, teaching...

just think positive about coding and think of it as something that helps you overcome stress or anything that is bothering you. Most importantly think of it as your friend

to fall in love with something, you would know the benefits it has to you. So if you want to fall in love with coding, you should think of possible things you can make with it to improve your life and others. another thing i think needs mentioning is, you love something if you can do it well. programming requires that you learn many concepts, and you would probably want to do so quickly. so it is important to learn effective study habits and effective use of computers such as touch typing and keyboard shortcuts.
