Teaching programming

Question

Would it be better to teach them how to find help for progamming related questions or should we just give the excact answer they asked for.
So are there any senior developers here who can answer me this?

I recommend against hand feeding the answers.
Teaching how to find something is a much more valuable skill.
On the job no one feeds them to you. Asking for help when stuck after doing the necessary research and testing is fine, and should be encouraged.
