Make a web page.. I didn't know 10% of what I learned while doing a page.. also that way you'll remember most of the stuff without reading books and all that. You'll run into problems and you'll learn how to fix them. :)

Create a site containg all the elements and then try different styles and css properties and try to memorize them and practice them daily.
