Time and difficulty of Android app preparation

I am aware with C C plus plus Java and web programming like HTML CSS Javascript SQL PHP. With this knowledge in how much time can I gain knowledge of Android development and prepare an Android app and what are the problems faced. Please don't forget to to mention how much time it would take to make an app depending upon its complexity give your reviews in detail. Thank you in advance

In my experience, I was able to build an app within 3 months. I have a background in Java so learning how to build an app in Android Studio was not that difficult. As for what problems you will faced, it depends on what the app you will developed.
