Angular or angularJs which to learn

Which is better to learn ,I want to do single page applications, from my internet surfing I found angular framework built by Google is a great tool but I found two versions, I want to build a website then build ios and Android version using ionic .please help

Basically for me Angular is a framework in which we have different versions and the first one is Angular Js later on we got Angular 2,Angular 5... But i suggest you to go with thr latest one because of their flexible nature in real time..
