Why is Sololearn app so slow

It can't load, it's too slow, takes long time to load challenges. I have great internet connection but app is still so slow.

This has been going on for more than half a year, too.

Maybe it's due to the server infrastructure being inadequate to cope with the peak load due to the hundreds of thousands of new users that seem to sign up and use the app every month.

This is a problem that gets worse with each update. Maybe more processes? More users? More of everything?

Everybody knows that occasionally you can't access a service because your connection is bad or something's wrong with your equipment. The main problem is that Sololearn app can't handle the flow, but with their messy exception handling keep telling the users it's their fault! I would be very happy not to read *any* comment anywhere on Sololearn going 'Your connection might be bad' until the problem has been fixed (if ever). Because understand this: You're actually helping SoloLearn masking their deficiencies!

Ridzwan, it's really not about a specific program version or smartphone or wify. It's a global problem with the origin being sololearn itself.

I think we should ask @Sololearn... wait, why didnโ€™t it worked? Well we should ask Sololearn 's official account for that. (But how?)

You can write them an e-mail. SoloLearn account only sends as far as I've observed .

All those who are saying it is server issue, probably it is not. Firstly, I too thought that. But it is not a server problem as website is working fine. This problem only reproduces in the app

Because of the contrast and traffic on the server. The server us small thus the traffic is huge. Note: it took me 16 seconds to load this page at 3mb/s speed.๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜”

To many users loads their stuffs at same time either it is comment or code , this reduces the calibration time of this app . And hence it becomes slow

Their server are slow or they can't handle too much traffic, sololearn is getting slower as every day many new users create account and start learning and chatting with each other this makes their server busy all the time, i have noticed that sololearn gets much slower in evening than at noon or night. I can save my codes almost instantly in night may be because less users are online and servers are free at that time.

Leon lit Sololearn looks like pre-Google era, where the internet full of junk stuffs, Yahoo Search Engine showed majority of marketing and spammed websites. Only Google later on could policed the content of the websites, built a good eco system now. We need someone like Google to make thing right.

There are problems with the homepage as well, not only with the app. I tried from different pcs and browsers. Sometimes you try to save your code, but it just 'loads and loads' and nothing happens. Only difference is that there's no output about my internet. ;-)

Maybe it's due to more user, more process.

Rishabh, really, you still believe that's the problem? You've been around a while; never saw anything happen that couldn't be blamed on your equipment?
