html was created for text and document structure it can't be a programming language because browser need to interpret their out put with no manipulation of intelligences

There is a difference between html and a programming language. A programming language is used to create algorithms whilst html is only used to display content on a browser. Html by itself has no functions for interactivity, just for formatting graphical elements

HTML is also a language as HTML(HYPER TEXT MARKUP LANGUAGE)but not a programming language....It's a markup language.... that is used to create structures of static web pages...IT IS LIKE PHOTOSHOP WORKS ON COMMANDS & NO LOGIC IS USED IN IT.
