Certificate urls are not opened on chrome

Question

Im building my personal portfolio and would definitely want to add my completed courses certificate. However, certificates do not appear on chrome while appear on Explorer. Does anyone know why?

1:Save the certificate on your phone.
2:try to upload it on googlephotos.
3:then copy the adress image on googlephotos.
