Resources to create website

Question

What other skills should an individual acquire to eventually build a robust website besides SoloLearns
1.HTML (HTML5)
2.CSS (CSS3)
3.JavaScript
4.PHP
And, what other good resources should one look into to add or build the current skills.
This app is great, but I only find resources for app development and not web based coding/markup resources.

It's not that different to develop web page or an app. Just free up your mind and start experimenting. In a longer term you need to add a database/document storage to your stack, mysql, postgres, mongo when the web development gets serious, meanwhile you can get pretty far with your list just playing with cookies, html5 webstorage and server side files.

With the above mentioned languages you can create a dynamic website. I am a web developer and I use them as well as MySQL.
