So in my opinion, with this 'teach me from the beginning of css' the problem is that, he need to start to put some energy into this first, and then it would be okay if he wouldn't understand something then ask help in case of a direct question.
Anyway it's not about you ayoub gacem .

Coder i told to ayoub gacem what can he do, and two person was mentioning my Sis.
"he want to learn css" - then do!
1, check the code of others
2, read up the topic
3, create own, test
4, practice
5, share the problems what don't understand
6, practice
7, share codes...
Before a coder ask help, he / she need to try to find the solution, and not just 'coming here and ask that we give the "whole knowledge " for him/her'.
Before anyone would hurt from this, i say an example what i meant :
-> if a person want to code the background-source for the login forms or the data-flow, then he need to start from the beginning ok, to understand the logic behind it,
But first he need to start to learning by himself like a php course, and then if something wouldn't be clear, then can come and try to searching for the answer and theeen ask the own question,
But if he didn't put the energy to learn about that topic (here php) nothing, then he may would not be able to even understand the answer / nothing.

You can mention someone from the list whom you are following or sometimes without following by typing a @ sign and then start typing a name, and then you'll be able to choose one from your list.

About your question "what can i put in the head and body?"
In <head> tag: you can put
<title> >> for the title of your page
<meta> >> meta tags for extra informations
<link> >> for attach like css file what contain the style of your page
<style> >> for put your styles of the actual page in it
And more, but do not put your content here.
In <body> tag, you have to put your content here.
I also strongly recommend you to do finish the HTML course also!

Basically you'll need:
HTML -> is for the content
CSS -> is for the style / animations
JavaScript -> is for take counts, etc.
PHP -> is for the server side communication, transporting sensitive datas
SQL, MySQL -> is for databases

ayoub gacem if youre waiting for someone to teach you css, then maybe you should find a nice college where youll be given the guidance you need. otherwise take your education into your own hands. do some research, make notes and “practice”.
