What should I do after 10th std ?

Question

So after 10th should I take CS(diploma) or 11th 12th.
And also which language will be better to learn now so it will help me in future.
Still now I had not started any Programing language just i Know Html basic

I'd recommend you to go with doing 11th and 12th bcz then you'll have a solid base to go in whichever field you want.
Speaking of languages, there's no "best" or no "worst" language out there. All have their own importance and field of use.
Getting in college with CS branch, doesn't really prerequisites anything about programming but having a base in programming will indeed help you in some or other way. Better try learning core language like C, C++ (need not to go in deep) as they say, if you know how to tackle harder ones, easier will be the easiest.
At the same time, Python is much more beginner friendly and easier to start with so, will be a good option.
