My friend can't download sololearn

Question

My friend said he couldn't download the sololearn app in his android phone. I didn't see it but he said its saying error and when he tried to download some other apps it worked
so is there any inner system requirements for it

I have been using sololearn for a year now. Today The app asked me to do update what i did but it happens to refuse the update i uninstall it and anytime i want to download it, It doen´t. Please for help i´m confuse.
