It's all about which game engine,you choose
If you choose Unity3d, c# and JavaScript
If you choose unreal 4 , c++ is good
But C++ is better then c# because requirement of graphics design full fill in C++ like image processing and others
but if you talking about specific 2D games unity game engine is good
