What's wrong with the Facebook password reset HTML codes?

I have searched the Code Playground filtered by the newest codes. When I explore it, I saw an HTML page that has an unclear title and when I opened it, the code of Facebook password reset appeared. This has happened several days and multiple times a day.

Don't worry about it

The displayed content contains "Facebook", but the action of form is not a full web address.

I guess this sololearner is copying a part from Facebook to try to learn from it (if not for hacking it).

by the way we can see his Facebook user ID which is the number after "?uid=" in action of form
