Is it possible save a html opened on my hard disk directly by a browser and overwrite the original document?

I like to do like a normal text processor...but using browser engine: saving the actual document, overwriting the original one. No problem if a alert (or somerhing else) emerges...

If you open an HTML document on your computer, you can overwrite the original document by viewing the source code of the HTML file from your browser, copying all the code, pasting it to your text editor and modify. However, it's a cyber crime to clone website to get personal details. It is also known as phising. Hence, do this for educational purpose only, thank you. I hope this helps
