//Dynamic or not Dynamic not matters only matters is for what purpose they are created. Javascript and php both are scripting languages though this languages doses'nt preform same task like javascript handle events like, onClick,ondrag, mousedown, which is not possible by PHP and the task perform by php are not possible to do from javascript (not including library)
