What should I do to learn Hadoop?

I want to know how to start learning hadoop. Is is really worth learing. Currently, I know MySQL, that's why I was thing a next step in database.

MySQL and Hadoop are quite different.. Hadoop is more a big data processing tool.. if you're interested in the big data field you definitely should get into it.
