I need help my PC files is encrypted by others they asking me to pay money to decrypt the file please help me to decrypt the file all files are ending with ( ,rumba) please help me to find the solution

Use an Anti-Malware to detect and remove the malware. Rumba Ransomware seems to be pretty public, so it definitely isn't FUD. I recommend MalwareBytes.

You arent going to fix that as every encryption is a different ones and you cant predict it. Report it !
