How to Get Job in Google with good Programming knowledge and no graduate degree.

I am very good in software and programming. but due to my habit of programming i was not able to get my graduation degree. I have heard that degree is not important for companies such as apple and google.
but i dont know how to get a job in these companies without graduation.
