New AnswerNetbeans for Java Visual Studio for C# But if you want more free range use Sublime text.
Visual Studio, because C++ managed. In NetBeans you must setup it for use with C++ because need a C++ compiler. When you install Visual Studio, the compiler is ready and you are ready to go.
Well, I use GCC compiler along with vim text editor. I think it is better to use editors and compilers separately as it the storage taken up is less.
