You can copy codes and keep them private for learning purposes, even though I don't think that strategy is wise in the long run, but people learn in different ways.

You can copy and share someone else's code with appropriate credits and the owner's consent. If the owner doesn't agree or if there's no credit in the copied code, it can be set to private by the moderation team. If you continue doing this, your account may be deleted as well.

yes you can, it depends on what you are going to use the code maybe to look on it and learn but if you are copying it to use it as your own,I think it's not good
