Noob question. Creating my own webpage.

Question

So I am learning the basics here on solo learn, HTML and CSS. I intend on digging deeper once I have a better understanding of coding but my question is if I use for ex. wordpress to build my site will I need additional training to do so? Maybe the easier question is does anyone have any advise what I should use to build my site? My goal is to create a basic site first html, css, javascript and php. But ultimately I want to create a sort of Ebay store type of site. Thanks in advance for anyone willing to point me in the right direction.

Okay.
So you are learning to web development.
But when you use WordPress, you don't actually need any programming language.
WordPress is most of the way drag and drop system.
You just have to pick up things and put it on your page while using WordPress.
And about your question that do you need any training about WordPress.
If you are really good with learning by yourself, you don't need any course about WordPress.
But yes, you can take a course if you want.
Personal recommendation :
Don't go for WordPress if you are beginning with coding, it will give you better abilities to create webpages but will not give any coding skills.
Start with writing html, CSS and JavaScript codes, later on move to that WordPress.
