Which one do I focus the most?

A friend of mine has a software startup company and he wants me to be in his team. They develop mobile apps and web apps. I want the experience more than the money. Which department do you recommend me the most and why?

XML Java,
If you want to work as mobile developer, Java and XML are essential to you.
HTML, JS,
If you want to work as a web developer, as Frontend languages HTML and JS are essential. In addition you should also learn CSS.
As backend you may learn PHP, but I've heard, that Java would also do it's work well as a backend language.

If you don't have programming skills, why stick to programming? If your university major is finance, go to finance department, if your university major is business, go to sales department.
