People will start challenging you.

Go through settings and enable your weapons in which you want to get challanges from others and enjoy the challanges

You have to play more challenges to make your name visible to others in opponent section. Usually going on with the same language will help you.
These people will challenge you back if you challenged them(and maybe challenge storms too).

By your level and badge, I would easily be intimidated. A lot of people know, I'm not the best with challenges. So I get tons. I lose once in java (9 people challenge me same day) like wth...
