How can i create a face recognition program with python or JavaScript?

Still new to Python but will love to create a program that recognize human faces. search round the internet to get the persons profile.

First of all, you know how to code in python!
Then you have to do work on mini projects and leading major projects conducted by organization.
Face recognization is the advance level (Artificial Intelligency) program.
So, first you will become master in a particular program.
Then, you have be able to do most of the projects of companies. Then you will get the idea, how face recognize?
(Rest of the answer :- I m also beginner. So i dont know how we recognize the face 😁😁😁, but whatever i know about it, I explained.)
