I want to make an app for my friend as a gift, in3 months. But I don't know programming, but I interested in learning programming and making app's. so what can I do now. please help me

Why youre asking about money? I thought making an app is free. You can learn from many free places such as Sololearn. I've never spend money for making codes lol

There is still many web providers which gives you free... (Yes there are some which you should pay)
Other time, if youre asking a question, make sure you put the language. I thought youre talking about general apps made in Java, C# or other things.
