Can we adopt a code standard?

I think there should be a standard for code playground. At the top of code requiring input (other than web-based) you should put the number of inputs the data type and its variable name so others can use it easier. I don't know if admin can put this in a comment at the default for any programming language requiring input before prompt. Let me know what you all think as well.

But...what if I *like* mashing the keyboard to see if the program runs without having to read anything? ~ Actually I skim and guess wildly on any clue; this works most times ~ I had one user inform me their code clearly took integers, why was I suggesting they check for types? ... which highlights new-coder readiness. Who's the target (and what code level)? I see you're already doing this in your codes--which is nice--I like sample usages. But...do freshly-minted brand-new coders need that blank page with blinking cursor, non-threatening and all yours? Maybe not all, so...Would you want to write a web code that generates copy/pasteable templates based on your pattern in each language? Could this have enticing features, to help spread / prove your idea? [ Mine may be dumb questions...but that's why they're here...they may give you other ideas ] :)
