Is there any way left to buffer android7 sound?

Question

According to the android 7, api level 24 disallowed us to to buffer the sound and many screen recorders are unable to record the audio.

I found something like google cast sdk that allows us to send the audio (completely) to a reciever system(such as pc) which can output and also buffer with softwares like audacity. But this api is not free we'll need 5$ in pocket to use or try the api.

So, is there any other option or this option can be used, I really don't want to spend money on it,I just want to try api

Nope...I have Android 7.And some sound bufferers like "Volume Booster Pro" still works...
