Question Test Quality

Hi everyone
I noticed during the challenges that question sometime offer wrong answer. Probably some noticed? Since the questions are created by members of community and vetted by community - it is possible some make their way into the tests while actually offering wrong answers as results. I have the habit to check back where I went wrong in my challenge as it is a good way to learn. But this is demolishing the whole system.
Did anyone had similar experience in java or other language?

You can report question if you find that the answer is wrong.
After you finish your challenge , when you check your answers(View correct answer), there an option is provided in top right corner (!)
which looks like an exclamation .
