PyCharm: annoying balloons

I like using PyCharm. But the balloons appearing ABOVE what I currently type are unbearable. They cover the line I just wrote, and would need to see. I spent a few hours trying to find a way to move them or if that didn't work, remove them. Note: The autofill suggestions BELOW the cursor are great. As a beginner, I love reading even those I won't use, to imagine what could be done. (I think they're called "Completion".) Is there anyone who could help me controlling these balloons? I'm using Windows 8.1 Thanks

Goodester Thanks, that was exactly what I was looking for For others who might wonder: File, Settings, Editor, General, Code Completion. Now untick everything under Parameter Info
