PyCharm: annoying balloons

Question

I like using PyCharm. But the balloons appearing ABOVE what I currently type are unbearable. They cover the line I just wrote, and would need to see. I spent a few hours trying to find a way to move them or if that didn't work, remove them.
Note: The autofill suggestions BELOW the cursor are great. As a beginner, I love reading even those I won't use, to imagine what could be done. (I think they're called "Completion".)
Is there anyone who could help me controlling these balloons?
I'm using Windows 8.1

For others who might wonder:
File, Settings, Editor, General, Code Completion. Now untick everything under Parameter Info
