I'm a 12 grade computer science student.I'm interested in coding and I've basic knowledge on few programming languages.So which course should I prefer after completing 12th grade.And please explain the job opportunities in this field

That strongly depends on what you want to do.
For web development start with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
For beginning with programming in general, choose Python or Ruby.
If you want to program Android apps, Java is your best choice.

it really depends on your interests.
are you creative? game design or web design might be something to consider.
if you want to create software or code for technology, try software engineer.
if you want to keep computers secure, cyber security and cryptography is an idea.
