How can i improve on my sass? Is there any trick to it? Need tips

I've been using css and I'm quite good and comfortable with it, but now I have to implement sass in my future projects and I've tried but , my css not looking the way I want to to look like and my styling not working —_—. Please help me or give me tips and I've placed this project on hold until I understand sass a bit better.

Well, there are plenty of tutorials. Check them out and start implementing in your project. Start rewriting css in some of your older codes, for example.
