Use variable in string

Is there a way to use placeholders in strings and fill them with values (2.) without using "Hello ". $var ? 1. var $name = "Foobar"; 2. var $str = "Hello {0}", $name;

$name = "Foobar"; $str = "Hello $name"; or you can use js angular for this
