I finish html, css, javascript and jquery after that what should i learn and why???

It depends! If you want to concentrate only on front end, this much is enough.
If you wanna be a full stack developer, then your next step would be to learn server side languages such as c#, python, nodejs, etc
And then you'll have to concentrate on database scripts that you'd like to learn!
