I'd suggest ActionScript for Flash web games...

unity is pretty streamlined from what I've heard. I'm very sure there are people who make games in unity that can't code. they probably use other peoples scripts. I've never used unity but it's popular in the indie dev community and you can definitely make high quality stuff with it, even though it's notorious as being easy or limited. game maker is this x2 as far as being easy but limited while still being able to push out something good

@TupeK Games if you know C# then I would recommend using unity. it uses c# but puts more focus on making the game

Again, it depends on what kind of games...if you want mobile games then Java. If you want to make Windows games then C++ (along with the DirectX API) or C#. Java is a bit easier for beginners.

@Ahri Fox First, it isn't everything. I just would like to make one or two (or more). And I do not really know C#. A person writing programs in this language told me something about it. @ValentinHacker Thx, but I'm not sure if Flash web games are that what I'm gonna make xD
