There is no best choice to learn HTML. But to learn HTML, finish this tutorial, watch some Youtube tutorials and try things yourself. Another tipp is to take a look at the HTML tutorial from w3schools:

After some good knowledge in HTML continue with CSS ^-^

I would say the best way to learn HTML is to take the lessons on this app and browse the internet. There is so much to find on the web about html! And play around on the playground with codes and see what comes out. Good luck!
