Framework use bootstrap, ...

Hello, I was wondering what do you think about framework like bootstrap ? Are the web developper using a lot ? Is it your choice to use it or the customer choice ?

For huge projects it is necessary. But for small ones it depends upon developer's choice. Frameworks can make your task easy 'if' you have proper knowledge of CSS.

Whose choice it is depends on when you come into the picture with respect to the project's timeline and how empowered you are on that team to make those kinds of changes.
Usually, a high quality job post will be extremely up front with whether they are looking for someone with experience in using a particular framework (such as Bootstrap and which version) or if they still need someone to choose the technologies.
