Are Microsoft certifications worth it?

I graduated with a cs degree not too long ago and wish I was better at programming. I was thinking of competing a Microsoft certification but they're really expensive. Do you think its worth it ?

From my experience, employers don't really care that often about them. You may be able to get your employer to pay for it if they really value it. That's been an option at a few places I've been at.
If you want to get better at programming I would suggest a boot camp. Those are sometimes cheaper and they're meant to teach you.
