Scrolling stuck

Question

I recently applied scroll snap form my site.I used scroll snap type with values x and mandatory and overflow-y to scroll to parent element (body) and scroll -align-type to start for esch sub element..Now after scrolling down when I try to scroll up,Its just stuck..I have to reload the oage to continue..
