I want to share something that i heard in university by PHD Math Teacher. I quote " One time when i was in my masters i remember that i was going hard in studies but still keep forgetting stuff. After a long time i learned why. It was because i was learning. You can't forget something if you don't read. You can't forget something and remember you forget with you aren't in learning process."

The only reason why I didn't build a massive compilation of "how to remember" threads is because the answer is just to practice. There is no other way. And by practice, you are supposed to practice everyday, not once and stop for a week or so. https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/1331812/?ref=app https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/1541140/?ref=app https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/1138487/?ref=app https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/25788/?ref=app

Never rush in programming you will go insane. Take your time and understand the concepts behind each line of code first before you move on to the next concept. Another good technique i learned is to write and comment out under each line of code. This will tell you whats its doing behind the scenes.

One of the best things i ever did was force myself to never copy and paste. even if I were using an exact line from someone elses code I would type it out anyway. Also having a long term project and rewriting/simplifying it with new techniques you have learned is very beneficial. Just dont give up, you never get to a point of knowing everything by any means but you eventually get to a point where you know enough to do what you want.

actually you don't need to rush. try to write code sometimes, and repeat the lesson every day. practice is always the answer.

Hello. I'ved been coding since Grade 10. I started of with JavaScript since I create mods for MCPE back then. The best way I've used to remember all those codes were to implement and do crazy stuff! By doing and implementing those, you don't only get to remember them but also learn and exploit them when needed. ☺
