IT security is a vast field with different branches ranging from penetrating testing to exploitation and encryption. So it will be nice if you can specify which fields are you looking for.
And I'll like to make you aware that people using Pre made told and softwares are usually scorned at infosec communities and are termed as script kiddies or skids
