Vectors and Functions
Hello! I wrote the following code: https://code.sololearn.com/cxjZ7CYQRTjS/?ref=app However, I’m having an error. Obviously vectors (2,3) and (-3,2) are perpendicular, but my code keeps returning not perpendicular. I am not sure why. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!

The function has to be void, sorry, i forgot to mention that.
