C, C# or C++?

Do we still need learn C or C# when we have learnt CPP?

C# isn't related at all, I'd argue its more related to Java. As for C and C++, they are for sure siblings, if not twins. Knowing one is almost like knowing the other. But not quite. I will say that knowing one may help with the other. C++ can run C code, but that doesn't mean you should do it that way. They have different strengths. So to answer your question, no you don't need to learn both. But don't treat them exactly! Twins are not clones, after all. And even clones can experience the world differently, but I'm getting ahead of myself.

All of these languages have a lot of difderences. C is not object oriented, C# is object oriented an C++ is something in between.

If you are a beginner, I would suggest you to start with C++. You will understand basic principes of programming and then, I would move to C#.
