pip is not recognized by cmd.exe

i entered "pip install pypi" in command prompt in windows, but it says: pip is not recognized by any .....
what should i do to install pypi library?

use like.
uninstall your python and reinstall your python and don't forget to add path when you installing it,it is a option in bottom just tick it when you installing python.

type pip first before using it.
and you don't need to install pip because it comes with python when you download it.
